 INDICATE THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY PROPOSED.
  
 OR, UPON REQUEST, APPLICANT MAY ELECT TO DEFER THIS
 SUBMITTAL, AND AN "N" WILL BE ENTERED FOR THE ROOF
 REVIEW. THE PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO THAT,
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, THE ASSEMBLY PROPOSED, ALONG
 WITH ENGINEERING FOR ENHANCED FASTENING IF APPLICABLE,
 BE SUBMITTED AS A REVISION (WITH APPLICABLE REVISION
