 2) THE SIGNS ARE PROPOSED FOR A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE
 SIGN ZONES INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN. LOCATING THE SIGNS OUTSIDE OF THE VERTICAL LINE
 OF THE SIGN ZONE REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT. WHILE THE APPLICANT HAS
 APPLIED FOR A MINOR AMEN, THEY HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE
 THE CITYPLACE OWNER'S CONSENT WITH THE APPLICATION.
  
 3) THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE COMPLIES WITH THE CITYPLACE
 SIGN. ONCE THE MINOR AMENDMENT IS APPROVED AND THE
 MANAGEMENT STAMP IS PROVIDED, THE PLANS CAN BE APPROVED
