 1) SPECIFY WHICH TYPE OF ROOF WILL BE ROOFED OVER AND
 WHICH WILL BE REMOVED TO THE ROOF DECK. FBC 107.2.1 THE
 DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES
 THAT THE SHINGLES WILL BE A RECOVER (ROOF OVER). THIS
 NEEDS TO BE CROSSED OUT, BY THE APPLICANT, AND CHANGED
 TO "REROOF" ON THE APPLICATION. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) THE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE FLAT ROOF CONTAINS SEVERAL ERRORS.
 THE FASTENER SPACING OF THE TWO ROWS IN THE FIELD IS 9"
 O.C. FOR THE E(2) SYSTEM WITH THE MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURE OF -60 PSF ON PAGE 28 OF NOA NO. 14-1030.02.
 THIS ERROR CAUSES ALL OF YOUR NAILING REQUIREMENTS TO
 ALSO BE IN ERROR. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1.3
  
 3) THE VALUATION FOR THE WORK HAS BEEN INCREASED FROM
 $8,250.00 TO $11,860 BASED ON THE LATEST MARSHALL

 5) THE VALUATION FOR THE WORK WILL BE CHECKED WHEN THE
 SQUARE FEET AREAS FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING
