 CORRELATE AND SHOULD MATCH THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. A
 REVISION IS REQUIRED.
  
 THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED AT CONTRACTOR'S RISK. THE NEW
 PROPOSED (NOT YET SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW)
 CONFIGURATION IS TO BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS A
 REVISION (TO 16110426) PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION. OR,
