 PREPARATION ROOM SHALL BE CALCULATED AT- (10 PERSONS
 PER 1000 SQ. FT.) AT (5 CFM PER PERSON) AND (0.18 CFMS
 PER SQ. FT.). PLEASE CORRECT THE FRESH AIR CALCULATION.
  
 2) THE FUTURE CLEAN ROOM CANNOT BE PERMITTED UNDER THIS
 APPLICATION WITHOUT MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO
 CLARIFY THE PROCESSES THAT WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE
 ROOM; WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL BE IN THE ROOM, WHAT
 MATERIALS WILL BE STORED IN THE ROOM, HOW PARTICLE
 CONCENTRATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WILL BE
