 HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER. THE VERTICAL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE
 TOP OF THE CEILING FRAMING MEMBERS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF

 THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. WHEN LOCATED IN A WALL, THE OPENING SHALL BE
 A MINIMUM OF 22 INCHES WIDE BY 30 INCHES HIGH. WHEN THE
 ACCESS IS LOCATED IN A CEILING, MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE
 AT SOME POINT 30 INCHES (762 MM ABOVE THE ACCESS
 MEASURED VERTICALLY FROM THE BOTTOM OF CEILING FRAMING
 MEMBERS. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

 6) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 7) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS (SLOPED AND FLAT) AND
 STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS.
  
 8) FBC 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE
 CODE, THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE,
 DESCRIBE AND DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM,
 MATERIALS, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING
 REQUIREMENTS AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND
 INSTALLATION SHALL INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND
 CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR THE SPECIFIC SITE OR A STATEMENT
 BY AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER FOR THE SPECIFIC SITE MUST
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
