 1- FLAT ROOF: CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY
 FROM NOA 14-0529.02 SUBMITTED IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL 5TH EDITION (2014). NOTE: SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED IF THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR THE ROOF TILE ADHESIVE TO BE
 USED. SEE ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED FOR LISTED ADHESIVES.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION SEEMS
 TO BE LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS
 AND CONTRACTORS OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. SPECIFY TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 FLAT AREA AND TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ROOF TILE AREA.
