 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) STAFF IS UNCLEAR AS TO HOW THIS SIGN ACTUALLY LOOKS.
 THE LETTERS ARE INDICATED AS BEING BACKGROUND CHANNEL
 LETTERS WITH OTHER LETTERS MOUNTED ON THE FRONT. THIS
 INDICATES THESE ARE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS. HOWEVER, THE
 ARCH IS INDICATED THAT IS AN ALUMINUM CABINET. THE
 NIGHT VIEW LOOKS LIKE THE LETTERS AND THE ARCH ARE
 MOUNTED TO A SOLID BACK PANEL, WHICH IS ALSO WHAT THE
 SIDE DETAIL LOOKS LIKE. PLEASE CLARIFY. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED BOX SIGNS OR RACEWAYS ARE
 NOT PERMITTED. IF EACH LETTER AND THE ARCH ARE
 INDIVIDUAL ELEMENTS MOUNTED TO THE WALL IT IS NOT A BOX
 SIGN.

 3) THE D-BLOCK OFFICE TENANT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS
 LOCATED ON THE EAST BUILDING ELEVATION ARE PERMITTED TO
 BE A MAXIMUM OF 18 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED SIGN
 IS SHOWN AT 44.5 INCHES IN HEIGHT, WHICH EXCEEDS THE
 PERMITTED SIGN HEIGHT.
  
 4) THE D-BLOCK OFFICE TENANT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS
 LOCATED ON THE EAST BUILDING ELEVATION MAY BE A MAXIMUM

 SIGNAGE. ALTERNATE PLACEMENTS OF SIGNS ON THIS BUILDING
 REQUIRE THE SUBMITTAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION AND ITS
 APPROVAL.
  
 7) THE D-BLOCK OFFICE TENANT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS
 LOCATED ON THE NORTH BUILDING ELEVATION ARE PERMITTED
