 CONSIDERED A PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL, FBC 454.1. THE POOL
 FENCE IS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 454.1.3.1.9.
  
 5. FBC TABLE 1004.1.2, POOL DECK AREA SHOULD UTILIZE 15
 SF PER PERSON FOR THE POOL DECK RATHER THAN 50 SF PER
 PERSON, PLEASE REVISE OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS.
  
 6. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 FOR THE POOL AND PLAYGROUND AREAS (A5), FBC 303.6.
  
 7. FBC 1008.2, GATES IN THE MEANS OF EGRESS ARE TO
 CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR DOORS. FBC 1008.1.10,
 PANIC DEVICES ARE REQUIRED IN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY WITH
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE.
  
 8. AS TWO MEANS OF EGRESS ARE REQUIRED FROM BOTH AREAS,
 IT APPEARS THAT BOTH THE POOL AREA AND THE PLAYGROUND
 AREA UTILIZE THE POOL CABANA AS A MEANS OF EGRESS. ONLY
 ONE DOOR IS SHOWN; IS THE OTHER SIDE OPEN? OR IS THE
 FRONT DOOR A GATE? EITHER REVISE PLAN TO PROVIDE A
 SECOND MEANS OF EGRESS FOR EACH AREA OR REVISE PLAN TO
 SHOW HOW THE POOL CABANA COMPLIES AS A MEANS OF EGRESS
 (PANIC DEVICES ON THE EXIT, INCLUDE DOOR WIDTHS). SEE
 ALSO FBC 1027.1 WHICH STATES "THE EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL
 NOT REENTER A BUILDING." IF THE CABANA IS TO BE A PART
 OF THE EXIT STRATEGY, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL PRIOR TO
 RESUBMITTAL TO CONFIRM THAT THIS WILL BE PERMITTED IN
 THIS CASE.
