 ISSUED AND HAVING A FOSSIL-FUEL-BURNING HEATER OR
 APPLIANCE, A FIREPLACE, AN ATTACHED GARAGE, OR OTHER
 FEATURE, FIXTURE, OR ELEMENT THAT EMITS CARBON MONOXIDE
 AS A BYPRODUCT OF COMBUSTION SHALL HAVE AN OPERATIONAL
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM INSTALLED WITHIN 10 FEET OF EACH
 ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 3) THE HEADING UNDER GENERAL NOTES ON DRAWING SHEET 1,
 SPECIFIES AN ADDITION. CLEARLY INDICATE THE ADDED SPACE
 ON THE PLANS AND PROVIDE AREA TABULATIONS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE NEW
 FRENCH DOORS. THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE DOOR
 INSTALLATION IS TO BE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT, HOWEVER,
 THE OTHER PERMIT IS ONLY TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS IN THE

 5) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS AND
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES PURSUANT TO

 6) YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE
 EXTERIOR STUCCO AND THE WATER BARRIER PER FBC-R703.6.3
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS. WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED IN SECTION R703.2 AND,
 WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE
 A WATER-RESISTIVE VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A
 PERFORMANCE AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF GRADE
 D PAPER. THE INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 INDEPENDENTLY SUCH THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE
