 PER STRUCTURE AND THE ELECTRICAL PLANS AS SUBMITTED
 SHOW AN INDEPENDENT SERVICE FOR EACH UNIT. IF ANY OF
 THE UNITS IS ATTACHED TO THE OTHER, THE STRUCTURE CAN
 ONLY BE SERVED BY A SINGLE SERVICE.
 B. FBC-RE3601.7 (NEC 230.72) REQUIRES THAT ALL
 DISCONNECTS BE GROUPED.
 2. FBC-RE3609.3 (NEC 250.94) REQUIRES THAT YOU PROVIDE
 AN INTER-SYSTEM BONDING TERMINAL AT THE SERVICE. THE
 SERVICE RISERS PROVIDED ARE LACKING THIS.
 3. FBC-R 303.9 REQUIRES THAT YOU PROVIDE HEAT TO
 MAINTAIN 68 DEGREES IN ALL HABITABLE ROOMS WITHIN 3?
 FROM THE FLOOR. YOU INDICATE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING
 FOUR WALL UNIT AIR CONDITIONERS IN EACH UNIT BUT FAIL
 TO INDICATE OF THE UNITS ARE REVERSE CYCLE AND IF THEY
 ARE THE INDIVIDUAL LOADS INDICATED ON THE PANEL
 SCHEDULE DO NOT REFLECT THAT.
 4. FBC-RE3901.7 (NEC 210.52(E)(3)) REQUIRES THAT THERE
 BE A GFCI PROTECTED OUTLET AT EVERY PORCH OR BALCONY.
 THE ELECTRICAL LAYOUT OF UNIT FAILS TO SHOW THIS.
 5. FBC-RE3903.4 (NEC 210.70(A)) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE

 7. FBC-RE3703.3 (NEC 210.52(F)) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE
 A LAUNDRY ROOM CIRCUIT IN EVERY DWELLING UNIT. YOU FAIL
 TO SHOW THIS FOR UNIT 2.
 8. FBC-ER404.1 REQUIRES THAT A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE
 LAMPS IN PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL
 BE HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS OR A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE
 PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL CONTAIN
 ONLY HIGH EFFICIENCY LAMPS.
