 PROPOSED POLE SPECS, DETAIL, AND CALCS.
  
 2. PROVIDE FIXTURE SPEC SHEETS AND ENGINEERING WHICH
 DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED FIXTURE MEETS THE WIND
