 FOR DECK OVEN ARE REQUIRED TO DRAIN THROUGH A GREASE
 INTERCEPTOR.
 PER FBC PL 1003.3.1 GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND AUTOMATIC
 GREASE REMOVAL DEVICES REQUIRED.
 A GREASE INTERCEPTOR OR AUTOMATIC GREASE REMOVAL DEVICE
 SHALL BE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THE DRAINAGE FROM FIXTURES
 AND EQUIPMENT WITH GREASE-LADEN WASTE LOCATED IN FOOD
 PREPARATION AREAS, SUCH AS IN RESTAURANTS, HOTEL
 KITCHENS, HOSPITALS, SCHOOL KITCHENS, BARS, FACTORY
 CAFETERIAS AND CLUBS. FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT SHALL

 OF SPACE OR OTHER CONSTRAINTS PREVENT THE INSTALLATION
 OR REPLACEMENT OF A GREASE INTERCEPTOR, ONE OR MORE
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE INSTALLED
 ON OR ABOVE THE FLOOR AND UPSTREAM OF AN EXISTING

 2. THE FLOOR SINK FOR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK SHALL BE
 INDIVIDUALLY CONNECTED TO BUILDING DRAIN. I T CAN NOT
 CONNECT TO ANOTHER FIXTURE DRAIN.
 PER FBC PL 915.2.5 FIXTURE BRANCH OR DRAIN.
 THE FIXTURE BRANCH OR FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL CONNECT TO
 THE COMBINATION WASTE AND VENT WITHIN A DISTANCE
 SPECIFIED IN TABLE 909.1. THE COMBINATION WASTE AND
 VENT PIPE SHALL BE CONSIDERED THE VENT FOR THE FIXTURE.
  
 3. A RECIRCULATION SYSTEM IS REQUIRED ON THE HOT WATER
 SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH FBC PL 607.2 HOT OR TEMPERED
 WATER SUPPLY TO FIXTURES.
 THE DEVELOPED LENGTH OF HOT OR TEMPERED WATER PIPING,
 FROM THE SOURCE OF HOT WATER TO THE FIXTURES THAT
 REQUIRE HOT OR TEMPERED WATER, SHALL NOT EXCEED 50 FEET
 (15 240 MM). RECIRCULATING SYSTEM PIPING AND
 HEAT-TRACED PIPING SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE SOURCES OF
 HOT OR TEMPERED WATER.
