 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 200 SQUARE
 FEET, WHICH IS THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED ON A CONSTRUCTION
 FENCE. STAFF HAS GONE BY THE SITE SINCE THE PERMIT WAS
 RESUBMITTED AND NOTED THAT THE "SAFETY RELATED SIGN"
 INCLUDES THE CONTRACTOR'S, IBIS DEVELOPMENT, NAME ON
 THE SIGN. THIS SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE CONTRACTOR'S
 PORTION OF THE SIGN SHALL BE CLEARLY INCLUDED WITH THE
 GRAPHICS FOR THIS PERMIT. SINCE THE PROPOSED SIGN IS
 200 SQUARE FEET AND THERE IS OTHER SIGNAGE ON THE
 FENCE, THEN EITHER THIS SIGN SHALL BE REDUCED IN SIZE
 OR THE OTHER SIGNAGE REMOVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE
 THE OPTION OF DISCOUNTING THE LIFESTYLE IMAGE PORTION
 OF THE SIGN - TWO PEOPLE ON THE RIGHT WHERE THERE IS NO
 TEXT OVERLAP, BUT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE EXACT DIMENSIONS
 SO STAFF CAN VERIFY THE 200 FOOT LIMIT IS NOT EXCEEDED
 AND THE IBIS SIGN MAY REMAIN.

 NOT HAVE A PERMIT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THE SIGN
 UNTIL THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE IS PERMITTED.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 200 SQUARE FEET, WHICH IS THE
 MAXIMUM PERMITTED ON A CONSTRUCTION FENCE. HOWEVER, THE
 PHOTO PROVIDED SHOWS MORE SIGNAGE MOUNTED TO THE FENCE
 THAN JUST THIS SIGN. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL
 SIGNAGE MOUNTED TO THE FENCE. IF IT EXCEEDS 200 SQUARE
 FEET, THEN EITHER THIS SIGN SHALL BE REDUCED IN SIZE OR
 THE OTHER SIGNAGE REMOVED.
