 INDICATE THE ADDRESS OF 1624 DOUGLAS AVE. ON (2) SETS
 OF PLANS, ONLY (1) SET OF PLANS THE ADDRESS WAS
 CORRECTED TO 838 ADAMS ST.
 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE JOBSITE LOCATION FOR THIS
 PROJECT, IT DOES NOT MATCH THE PRIME(MASTER PERMIT).
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE PROJECT. 107.2.1.3

 2) THE PLANS CREATED BY CDM SHOW A SHOP DRAWING STAMP
 OF APPROVAL BUT THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS DO NOT
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 2010 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2010
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4 DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND COORDINATING SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY OTHERS, INCLUDING PHASED AND
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS, FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH THE
