 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
 FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) FBC 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE
 AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS,
 FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE
 DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. IN THE CASE OF DEMOLITION, THE SITE PLAN SHALL
 SHOW CONSTRUCTION TO BE DEMOLISHED AND THE LOCATION AND
 SIZE OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION THAT ARE
 TO REMAIN ON THE SITE OR PLOT. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO WAIVE OR MODIFY THE REQUIREMENT FOR A
 SITE PLAN WHEN THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT IS FOR
 ALTERATION OR REPAIR OR WHEN OTHERWISE WARRANTED.
  
 3) FBC-R314.3.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 4) THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH
 INFORMATION TO DO A COMPLETE REVIEW FOR CODE
 COMPLIANCE. A FLOOR PLAN OF THE ENTIRE DWELLING WITH
 ALL OF THE EXISTING AND NEW ROOMS LABELED (BEDROOMS,
 KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, ETC.) IS REQUIRED. THE WINDOWS AND
 DOORS IN THE ROOMS THAT ARE ADJACENT TO THE ENCLOSED
 CARPORT NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) PROVIDE A WALL SECTION THAT SPECIFIES THE INTERIOR
 AND EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS. SPECIFY THE WALL AND
 CEILING INSULATION ON SECTION. FBC R702 & R703
  
 6) PROVIDE A FOUNDATION PLAN THAT SHOWS THAT EXISTING
 EXTERIOR FOOTINGS ARE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE BLOCK
 WALLS. R403.1
  
 7) SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL
 REINFORCEMENT AND FILLED CELLS IN THE CONCRETE BLOCK
 INFILL WALLS AND SHOW HOW THEY WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 EXISTING COLUMNS AND WALLS OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.

 8) PROVIDE WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK DETAILS ON THE PLANS.

 9) IF THE PROPOSED ROOM WILL BE HABITABLE SPACE, SHOW
 HOW IT WILL BE HEATED AS REQUIRED BY FBCR 303.9.
  
 10) FBC-R404.1.6 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISHED GRADE. CONCRETE
 AND MASONRY FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE
 FINISHED GRADE ADJACENT TO THE FOUNDATION AT ALL POINTS
 A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES (102 MM) WHERE MASONRY VENEER IS
 USED AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) ELSEWHERE.
  
 11) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE DIFFERENT WINDOW/GLASS TYPES, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS
 AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES.
  
 12) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS AND
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES PURSUANT TO
 FBC-R301.2.
  
 13) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECTIONS 101.5.1 & 103.1 BY SUBMITTING THE PROPER
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. SEE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FORMS
 402 OR 405.
  
 14) PROVIDE ELEVATION DRAWINGS OF THE PROPOSED WORK.

 15) THE VALUATION OF THE WORK ON THE APPLICATION OF
 $2100.00 IS LOW. THE VALUE WILL BE ADJUSTED WHEN THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED. FBC 109.3 BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 16) AS A RESULT OF THE MISSING INFORMATION, ADDITIONAL

 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
