 1) SHEET S1.3 SHOWS A HAND RAIL WITH MULTIPLE STEPS AND
 WHAT APPEARS THE GRADE GREATER THAN 30 INCHES WITH NO
 GUARD RAIL. PLEASE PROVIDE A SECTION THROUGH THE PLANS
 WHERE THIS HANDRAIL IS TO BE INSTALLED AND WHY THERE IS
 NOT A GUARDRAIL INCOMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B
 SECTION 1013.2 WHERE REQUIRED.
 GUARDS SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG OPEN-SIDED WALKING
 SURFACES, INCLUDING MEZZANINES, EQUIPMENT PLATFORMS,
 STAIRS, RAMPS AND LANDINGS THAT ARE LOCATED MORE THAN
 30 INCHES (762 MM) MEASURED VERTICALLY TO THE FLOOR OR
 GRADE BELOW AT ANY POINT WITHIN 36 INCHES (914 MM)
 HORIZONTALLY TO THE EDGE OF THE OPEN SIDE. GUARDS SHALL
 BE ADEQUATE IN STRENGTH AND ATTACHMENT IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 1607.8.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
