 THE FBC FIFTH EDITION (2014) WENT INTO EFFECT ON JUNE
 30, 2015. ALL NEW PERMITS APPLIED FOR ON OR AFTER THAT

 PLEASE UPDATE.
  
 3) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE 8' X
 7' OVER HEAD SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS AND THE 3' X 7'
 OUTSWING DOOR.
  
 4) THE NOA THAT FOR THE GAF ROOL ROOFING (NOA
 NO.15-0707.10) IS MISSING PAGES, IS FOR USE AS AN
 UNDERLAYMENT AND IS DESIGNED FOR ROOFS HAVING A MINIMUM
 SLOPE OF 2:12. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 A ROOF COVERING FOR ROOFS WITH A 1/4" PER FOOT SLOPE
 THAT HAS DESIGN PRESSURES THAT MEET THE UPLIFT
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPOSURE C WITH A 170 MPH VULT
 WINDSPEED. SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FOR ENHANCED FASTENING FOR PERIMETER AND
 CORNER ROOF AREAS IF REQUIRED. FBC R301.2.1
  
 5) SPECIFY THE SLOPE OF THE GARAGE ROOF ON THE PLANS.

 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R309.1 THE AREA OF FLOOR
 USED FOR PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES OR OTHER VEHICLES SHALL
