 1. AFTER ALL THRESHOLD INFORMATION IS RECEIVED
 (RESUMES, SIGNED AGREEMENT) THE DOCUMENTS WILL BE
 FORWARDED TO KEN CONRAD, CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR, FOR
 APPROVAL. THRESHOLD DOCUMENTS AND REVIEW IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE. THE COMPLETE PACKAGE MAY BE
 SENT VIA EMAIL AT ANY TIME WHEN AVAILABLE. THIS IS NOT
 REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED DURING A PLAN REVIEW CYCLE.
  
 2. THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR AGREEMENT IS TO BE SIGNED BY
 ALL PARTIES.
  
 3. THE SI AND ONE INSPECTOR SIGNED THE SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR AGREEMENT. JOBS OF THIS SCOPE TYPICALLY HAVE
 MORE THAN ONE INSPECTOR AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTIONS. IT
 IS RECOMMENDED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL INSPECTOR. THIS MAY
 BE REQUIRED FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT. INSPECTORS WHO
 HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
 TO PERFORM INSPECTIONS ON THIS PROJECT.
  
 4. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PRODUCE A JOB SUMMARY OR HISTORY
 FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.
