 PRE-ENGINEERED SYSTEMS.
  
 SHEET LS-1: DISTANCE BETWEEN EXIT SIGNS IN CORRIDOR
 EXCEEDS 100 FEET. PER NFPA 101-7.10.1.5.2 NEW SIGN
 PLACEMENT SHALL BE SUCH THAT NO POINT IN AN EXIT ACCESS
 CORRIDOR IS IN EXCESS OF THE RATED VIEWING DISTANCE OR
 100 FEET, WHICHEVER IS LESS, FROM THE NEAREST SIGN.
  
 COULD NOT LOCATE ANY DOOR PANIC HARDWARE. PER NFPA
 101-14.2.2.2.2 ANY DOOR IN A REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS
 FROM AN AREA HAVING AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 100 OR MORE
 PERSONS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE PROVIDED WITH A LATCH
 OR LOCK ONLY IF THE LATCH OR LOCK IS PANIC HARDWARE OR
 FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 PER NFPA 1-8.3.2.4, EACH FIRE BARRIER SHALL BE
 PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNS OR STENCILING READING
 FIRE BARRIER-PROTECT ALL OPENINGS. CHARACTERS SHALL BE
 AT LEAST 4-INCHES IN HEIGHT AND HALF-INCH IN WIDTH.
 IDENTIFICATION SHALL BE SPACED NOT MORE THAN 15 FEET ON
 CENTER.
  
 PROVIDE AN EXTERIOR KEY SAFE TO ALLOW EMERGENCY
 RESPONDERS NON-FORCIBLE ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING DURING
 NON-BUSINESS HOURS. A KEY SAFE CAN BE ORDERED FROM
 WWW.KNOXBOX.COM.
  
 PROVIDE A TRAFFIC SITE PLAN INDICATING FIRE LANES, FIRE
 HYDRANTS AND VEHICLE STACKING LOCATION (CHILD
 DROP-OFF/PICK UP). NOTE FIRE LANES ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 20 FEET IN CLEAR, UNOBSTRUCTED (NO PARKING/WAITING)

 FACADES. PROVIDE UPDATED ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOWING THE
 FACADE THAT MATCHES THE PROPOSED BUILDING REVISIONS.
  
 4) THE NEW DOORWAY OPENINGS ON THE WEST AND NORTH SIDES
 OF THE BUILDING APPEAR TO CONFLICT WITH THE APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT

 STRUCTURES. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER SHALL BE
 AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING. PROVIDE PLANS
 TO VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED NEW ROOFTOP UNITS, TO
 INCLUDE THEIR PLACEMENT ON THE EXISTING CURBS, ARE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED.
  
 6) THE PLANS SHOW WALL MOUNTED EXTERIOR LIGHTS. PROVIDE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLANS TO SHOW THE FOOT CANDLE LEVEL AT THE
