 IT IS FOR FENCING SEPARATING THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL AREA
 FROM THE CAF? PARKING AREA, BUT THE PLANS ALSO INDICATE
 PROPOSED FENCING AND GATES NORTHEAST OF THE MTC
 BUILDING. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND
 PLANS CLEARLY IDENTIFY AND ARE CONSISTENT ON THE
 CORRECT SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2. THE FENCING BETWEEN THE TRASH COMPACTORS AND THE
 CAF? PARKING AREA APPEARS TO CROSS OVER A 10 FOOT WIDE
 UTILITY EASEMENT, AS RECORD IN DEED BOOK 535, PAGE 153,
 AND DEED BOOK 1123, PAGE 562. EASEMENT CONSENT SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FROM ALL UTILITY COMPANIES. ADDITIONALLY,
 THERE IS A 10 FOOT WIDE FPL EASEMENT, AS RECORDED IN
 OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 10114, PAGE 357, THAT APPEARS TO
 BE IN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED FENCE; ENSURE THE
 CONSENT FROM FPL ACCOUNTS FOR ALL EASEMENTS.
