 1. A9 (A), SQUARE FOOTAGE OF GARAGE IS 460 SF, BUT THE
 BUILDING PERMIT PLAN STATES THAT THE GARAGE IS 565 SF.
 REVISE OR CLARIFY.
  
 2. A9 (D), NO FLOOD OPENINGS WERE INSTALLED. GARAGE
 FLOOR ELEVATION (C2 E) IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED. ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SHOWS THE GARAGE AT
 7.28', MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS 7.5'. SEE THE SITE PLAN
 PREPARED BY LUIS ORTIZ WHICH SHOWS PROPOSED GARAGE FFE
 AT 7.5', TWO STORY CBS FFE OF 8.75. AS THE GARAGE
 FINISHED FLOOR DOES NOT MEET THE FREEBOARD REQUIREMENT,
 A REVISION IS REQUIRED. THE REVISION SHOULD INCLUDE
 FLOOD VENTS IN THE GARAGE AND, IF ENGINEERED FLOOD
 VENTS ARE PROPOSED, PRODUCT APPROVAL OR ENGINEERING
 SUBMITTED.
  
 3. THE PLANS SHOW A WATER HEATER AND CENTRAL VACUUM IN
 THE GARAGE, BUT THE GARAGE FINISHED FLOOR IS LOCATED AT
 LESS THAN 7.5'. THE EQUIPMENT IS TO BE ELEVATED TO A
 MINIMUM OF 7.5' (SEE PLAN REVIEW NOTES AND REDLINES ON
 SHEET E1).
  
 SEE ITEM C2E. THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE SHOWS THE
 LOWEST ELEVATION OF MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT AT 8.80',
 NOTE STATES THAT THIS IS THE AC PAD. CLARIFY THE
 ELEVATION OF THE CENTRAL VAC AND WATER HEATER. PHOTOS
 OF ALL EQUIPMENT IS TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE.
  
 4. PLEASE HAVE THE SURVEYOR EXPLAIN THE DISCREPANCY
 BETWEEN THE "BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WHICH SHOWS THE GARAGE FINISHED FLOOR AT
 7.97, BUT THE FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE SHOWS THE GARAGE FINISHED FLOOR AT 7.28.
 THIS SIGNED AND SEALED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS DATED
 11/3/2015. IF BOTH ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE ACCURATE,
 PLEASE HAVE THE SURVEYOR PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION IN
 WRITING. THE BUILDING INSPECTOR RELIED ON THIS
 INFORMATION TO CONFIRM THAT THE FINISHED FLOOR COMPLIED
 WITH THE NFIP REQUIREMENTS. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE
 GARAGE COULD DROP 8" AFTER CONCRETE WAS POURED. AN
 EXPLANATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED TO AVOID THIS
 SITUATION IN THE FUTURE.
  
 5. THE NEW ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS NOW ON THE FEMA
 WEBSITE, PLEASE USE THE CURRENT FORM:

 6. PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE, ALL
 EQUIPMENT RELATIVE TO FFE OR GRADE, AND ALL FLOOD VENTS
 (IF APPLICABLE) ARE REQUIRED PER CRS ACTIVITY RA3. THIS
 MAY BE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE OR
 BY THE CONTRACTOR.
  
 7. SECTION D, THE BOX MARKED "NO" IS CHECKED REGARDING
 THE SOURCE OF LATITUDE/LONGITUDE. IN FLORIDA, ONLY A
 PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR CAN COMPLETE AN ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE. AS THE LAT/LONG COORDINATES WERE PROVIDED
 BY THE SURVEYOR, PLEASE REVISE TO CHECK THE BOX "YES."
  
 8. OWNER IS SHOWN AS "RICHARD RODMAN" BUT OUR RECORDS
 SHOW THE OWNER AS "KENNEDY COLLIN BUILDERS LLC". PLEASE
