 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PERMIT AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS CHART TO 5
 TREES REQUIRED FOR THE SOUTH BUFFER, AND 5 TREES
 PROVIDED (4 EXISTING).
  
 2. PLEASE CORRECT THE PROVIDED SHADE TREES AND
 FLOWERING TREES TO REFLECT THE TOTAL OF AT LEAST 18 FOR
 SHADE TREES INCLUDING PALMS PROVIDED.
  
 3. PLEASE ADDRESS THE AREA ALONG THE LAKE OWNED BY THE
 CITY. THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO ADD THE PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY AND TREES TO COMPLETE A SECTION LIKE THAT
 CONSTRUCTED AT 2701 AUSTRALIAN. THERE CURRENTLY ARE
 IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA UNDER A
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND THE SIDEWALK AND TREES COULD
 BE ADDED TO ENHANCE THE AREA.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
