 OPTION IS BEING USED. SHOW ON THE PLANS THE
 INSTALLATION CRITERIA IN FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECTION R405.7.4 THAT IS REQUIRED. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 THAT SHOW THE OPERABLE APERTURE AREAS TOTAL A MINIMUM
 OF 12 PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA FOR ALL PRIMARY LIVING
 AREAS AND BEDROOMS. SPECIFY THAT INSECT SCREENS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT ARE TO BE
 CONSIDERED OPERABLE AREA. ALL SCREENED ENTRY DOORS AND
 INTERIOR DOORS IN THE VENTILATED AREAS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH DEVICES TO HOLD THE DOOR IN AN OPEN
 POSITION OR OPERABLE LOUVERS.
  
 5) THE DETAILS ON SHEET S.2 SPECIFY A STANDING SEAM
 METAL ROOF AND SHEET S.1 SPECIFIES ASPHALT SHINGLES.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
