 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 FAILURE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF ESTIMATED COSTS MAY
 DELAY THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
  
 2. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR NEW EXT. DOOR.
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY
 FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE DOOR
 SUBMITTALS.
  
 3. ELECTRICAL PERMIT REQUIRED.
  
 4. PROVIDE FRAMING DETAIL AT FRENCH DOORS.
  
 5. PROVIDE DETAIL FOR EXISTING SLAB TO COLUMN FOOTING
 CONNECTION.
  
 6. PROVIDE LANDING AT FRENCH DOORS.
 R311.7.6 LANDINGS FOR STAIRWAYS.
 THERE SHALL BE A FLOOR OR LANDING AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM
 OF EACH STAIRWAY. THE MINIMUM WIDTH PERPENDICULAR TO
 THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL SHALL BE NO LESS THAN THE WIDTH
 OF THE FLIGHT SERVED. LANDINGS OF SHAPES OTHER THAN
 SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR SHALL BE PERMITTED PROVIDED THE
 DEPTH AT THE WALK LINE AND THE TOTAL AREA IS NOT LESS
 THAN THAT OF A QUARTER CIRCLE WITH A RADIUS EQUAL TO
 THE REQUIRED LANDING WIDTH. WHERE THE STAIRWAY HAS A
 STRAIGHT RUN, THE MINIMUM DEPTH IN THE DIRECTION OF
 TRAVEL SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914 MM).
  
 7. STEPS MUST COMPLY WITH R311.7.5.1
 R311.7.5.1 RISERS. THE MAXIMUM RISER HEIGHT SHALL BE
 73/4 INCHES (196 MM). THE RISER SHALL BE MEASURED
 VERTICALLY BETWEEN LEADING EDGES OF THE ADJACENT
 TREADS. THE GREATEST RISER HEIGHT WITHIN ANY FLIGHT OF
 STAIRS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SMALLEST BY MORE THAN 3/8
 INCH (9.5 MM). RISERS SHALL BE VERTICAL OR SLOPED FROM
 THE UNDERSIDE OF THE NOSING OF THE TREAD ABOVE AT AN
 ANGLE NOT MORE THAN 30 DEGREES (0.51 RAD) FROM THE
 VERTICAL. OPEN RISERS ARE PERMITTED PROVIDED THAT THE
 OPENING BETWEEN TREADS DOES NOT PERMIT THE PASSAGE OF A
 4-INCH-DIAMETER (102 MM) SPHERE.
  
 8. ROOFING PERMIT REQUIRED.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
