 SOME MISSING PLAN SHEETS. THERE IS NO SHEET S-4,
 ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SECTION AND DETAIL MARKERS THAT
 REFER TO S-4 ON OTHER PLAN SHEETS. THERE ARE ALSO TWO
 DIFFERENT PLAN SHEETS LABELED S-3C AND THERE IS NO

 2) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE THE ARCH
 OPENINGS. FBC 107.2.1.3
  
 3) THERE ARE TWO ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTALS
 IN THE PACKAGE. THE ONE THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD IS A MIAMI-DADE NOA AND SPECIFIES
 MECHANICAL ATTACHMENT WITH TWO SCREWS. THE OTHER ONE IS
 A FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL ATTACHED TO A PALM BEACH
 COUNTY ROOFING FORM AND IT SPECIFIES MECHANICAL
 ATTACHMENT WITH TWO 10D RING SHANK NAILS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY WHICH ONE WILL BE USED. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 WILL NEED TO APPROVE THE ONE USING TWO RING SHANK
 NAILS.
  
 4) THE SIGNATURES ON THE TRUSS DRAWING COVER SHEET AND
 THE TRUSS LAYOUT ARE NOT ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN
 SIGNATURES AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G15-23.002. SIGNATURE
 STAMPS, COPIES OR OTHER FACSIMILES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE
 ON DOCUMENTS THAT ARE SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
