 1. BASED ON THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED, IT APPEARS THAT THE
 PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION WILL ENCROACH THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PROVIDE A LETTER GRANTING PERMISSION FROM THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 2. THE PLANS PROVIDED LACK A TITLE BLOCK FOR THE
 ENGINEER, FS 471, FAC61G15-23.002. THE PLANS ALSO DO
 NOT CORRECTLY IDENTIFY THE PROJECT (FORT LAUDERDALE IS
 SHOWN AS THE LOCATION).
  
 3. THE PLAN SUBMITTED REQUIRES THAT THE STRUCTURAL
 ENGINEER CONFIRM THAT THE STRUCTURE THAT THE SCAFFOD
 SYSTEM IS RESTING ON IS CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE
 SUPERIMPOSED LEG LOAD OF 6300 LBS. A SHOP DRAWING
 REVIEW STAMP OR REVIEW LETTER IS REQUIRED.

 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE SUBMITTED PLAN INDICATE THE COVERING
 OVER/THROUGH AN EXIT PATH OF TRAVEL. THERE IS NO
 INDICATION OF EXIT PATH ILLUMINATION PER NFPA 101,
 CHAPTER 7, MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 7.8 ILLUMINATION OF MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 7.8.1 GENERAL.
  
 7.8.1.1* ILLUMINATION OF MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.8 FOR EVERY
 BUILDING AND STRUCTURE WHERE REQUIRED IN CHAPTERS 11
 THROUGH 43. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS REQUIREMENT, EXIT
 ACCESS SHALL INCLUDE ONLY DESIGNATED STAIRS, AISLES,
 CORRIDORS, RAMPS, ESCALATORS, AND PASSAGEWAYS LEADING
 TO AN EXIT. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS REQUIREMENT, EXIT
 DISCHARGE SHALL INCLUDE ONLY DESIGNATED STAIRS, AISLES,
 CORRIDORS, RAMPS, ESCALATORS, WALKWAYS, AND EXIT
 PASSAGEWAYS LEADING TO A PUBLIC WAY.
  
 7.8.1.2 ILLUMINATION OF MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE
 CONTINUOUS DURING THE TIME THAT THE CONDITIONS OF
 OCCUPANCY REQUIRE THAT THE
