 1) PLEASE PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF SHEET 18 OF THE RECENT
 NORTHWOOD UNIVERSITY SURVEY.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED
 WITH PERMIT NUMBER 15110956 (MASTER PERMIT). THE
 WALKWAY IS SHOWN AS FIVE FEET WIDE ON THAT PERMIT. THE
 SIDEWALK SHOWN ON THIS PERMIT HAS AN EXISTING LIGHT
 POLE IN THE PATH OF TRAVEL.
  
 3) THE PARKING SPACES DO NOT MEET CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH STANDARDS. THE SPACES SHALL BE MARKED WITH DOUBLE
 WHITE STRIPES. INCLUDE A COPY OF THE CITY PARKING
 DETAIL ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE ACCESSIBLE WALKWAY FOR THE PARKING SPACE WEST OF
 THE ISLAND DOES NOT WORK AS SHOWN DUE TO THE PRESENCE
 OF AN EXISTING PINE TREE (SHOWN ON THE TREE SURVEY
 PROVIDED WITH PERMIT NUMBER 15110956 - A COPY OF WHICH
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT). ZONING STAFF WILL
 NOT APPROVE A WALKWAY CONFIGURATION THAT REQUIRES THE
 REMOVAL OF A TREE.
  
 5) ZONING STAFF HAS VISITED THE SITE AND SUGGESTS
 PUTTING ALL THREE ADA SPACES ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 ISLAND AND EXTENDING THE WALKWAY WHERE THERE ARE NO
 TREE OR GRADE CONFLICTS. STAFF HAS MEASURED THE AREA
 AND IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT DIMENSION TO
 RESTRIPE THE RELOCATED REGULAR PARKING SPACES ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE ISLAND.
  
 6) ANY RECONFIGURATION REQUIRES RESTRIPING MORE THAN
 THE AREA SHOWN AS THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO ACCESSIBLE
 AISLES SERVING THE EXISTING ADA SPACES. THE STRIPING
 PLAN SHALL SHOW THE FULL AREA TO BE RESTRIPED SO NO
 SPACES FAIL TO MEET CITY MINIMUM WIDTHS.
