 SUBMITTED PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF ANY TREES.
 2. THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN EXISTING TREES AND THE
 PROPOSED ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING DESIGN SUBMITTED THAT
 NEED TO BE RESOLVED.
 SHOW THE LOCATION OF EXISTING TREES AND LIGHT POLE, AND
 FENCE. ADJUST DESIGN OF SIDEWALK TO AVOID EXISTING
 TREES. THERE IS ALSO A GRADE CHANGE IN THE AREA THAT
 MAY AFFECT THE TREES.
 3. CLEARLY MARK THE LANDSCAPING THAT IS BEING INSTALLED
 WITH THIS PERMIT.

 1) PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR THE NEW
 LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION.
  
 2) THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL INCLUDE VERIFICATION THAT
 THE NEW CONNECTING SIDEWALK LOCATION COMPLIES WITH THE
 INTERIOR PARKING LOT ISLAND LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS;
 THIS INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF THE REQUIRED INTERIOR
 ISLAND TREES.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION. THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL INCLUDE ALL TREES REMOVED ON
 THE MITIGATION TABLE.
  
 4) PROVIDE AN ABSTRACTED SURVEY WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT TO VERIFY THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 EASEMENTS, ETC. A VISIT TO THE SITE HAS VERIFIED THAT
 THE FIELD CONDITIONS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS. PLEASE
 REMEMBER THAT A SURVEY SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 SURVEYOR.
  
 5) THE WIDTH OF THE WALKWAY IS SHOWN AS FIVE (5) FEET
 WIDE ON THE SITE PLAN AND 10 FEET WIDE ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS.
