 PENETRATING THE EXIT STAIRWAY CEILING AND FLOOR WHICH

 THE THE DUCT IS TO REMAIN IN THE STAIRWAY IT MUST BE IN
 A FIRE-RATED ENCLOSURE, AND A DAMPER IS REQUIRED AT THE
