| | RIPS OR TEARS DUE TO WIND OR SUN, AND SHALL HAVE NO |
| | LESS THAN 85 PERCENT OPACITY. SCREENING SHALL BE |
| | MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION AT ALL TIMES. |

| | 6. ALL WIND SCREENING MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED UPON |
| | THE ISSUANCE OF A HURRICANE WARNING FOR AN AREA |
| | INCLUDING THE CITY. SCREENING MATERIALS SHALL BE |
