 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 PLEASE BE ADVISED THE INSPECTOR MAY REQUIRE PREVIOUSLY
 COMPLETED WORK TO BE MADE ACCESSIBLE AND OPEN FOR
 INSPECTION OR REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL
 CONCEALED WORK PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED PURSUANT TO FBC 110
 & FBC 117.
 FBC 110.1 GENERAL. CONSTRUCTION OR WORK FOR WHICH A
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND SUCH CONSTRUCTION OR WORK
 SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE AND EXPOSED FOR INSPECTION
 PURPOSES UNTIL APPROVED.
 FBC 117 - THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE TESTS OR
 TEST REPORTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. REQUIRED TESTS ARE
 TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER, OR AGENT, BY AN

2015-12-10 06:11:061) I AM QUESTIONING THE VALUE OF $2000.00 FOR THIS
 PROJECT.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 109.3. THE APPLICANT
 SHALL SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESIMATES,AND/OR BONA FIDE
 CONTRACTS FOR APPROVAL.
 2) SHOW THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SHOWER AND ALL FIXTURE
 CLEARANCES ON THE PLAN FOR THE PLUMBING FIXTURES.
 COMPLY WITH 2014 FBC SEC.P2705.THE SHOWER SHALL BE A
 MIN. OF 30 INCHES WIDE AND A TOTAL OF 900 SQ. INCHES.
 3) THE SEWER HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED AT THIS ADDRESS.
 THIS WORK SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE
 WORK AND ALSO IN THE VALUATION.WPB AMEND. TO FBC
 SEC.107.2.1.
 4) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY SHOWING THE SIZE AND
 LOCATION OF THE SEWER LINE THAT WAS REPLACED.
 5) SOME OF THE FOOTING FOR THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN
 CHIPPED AWAY TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEW DRAIN COMING FROM
 THE REMODELED BATHROOM.SUBMIT A REPAIR DETAIL FOR THE
 FOOTING REPAIR SIGNED AND SEALED BY AN ENGINEER
 REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND ALSO A SEPARATE
 SIGNED AND SEALED LETTER THAT SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSES
 THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE FOOTING . WPB AMEND. TO
 FBC SEC. 107.1, FBCR301.1.
 6) ALL UNPERMITTED WORK SHALL BE UNCOVERED FOR
 INSPECTION INCLUDING THE NEW SEWER.WPB AMEND. TO FBC
 SEC.110.1.
 7) THERE WAS NEW INTERIOR FRAMING DONE IN THE REMODELED
 BATHROOM. SUBMIT A SET OF PLANS THAT CLEARLY REFLECTS
 ALL THE UNPERMITTED WORK THAT WAS DONE AND IS TO BE
 PERMITTED ALONG WITH ALL OTHER WORK TO BE DONE, THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS ARE DEFICIENT AS TO THE SCOPE OF WORK
 THAT I OBSERVED ONSITE.
