 GREASE WHEN TESTED AT AN EXHAUST FLOW RATE OF 500 CFM
 (0.236 M3/S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 17 OF UL 710B.
 THE SUBMITTED SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT PROVIDING EVIDENCE
 OF COMPLIANCE WITH THIS EXCEPTION, AND MOST OF THE
 SUBMITTAL SHEETS HAVE PRINT TO FAINT TO READ AND
 UNACCEPTABLE FOR REVIEW- SEE SECTION 107.2.1 WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC-14 BUILDING CODE.
 2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE MOFFAT
 E25 CONVECTION OVEN TO BE APPROVED FOR INSTALLATION
 WITHOUT A VENT HOOD. THE SUBMITTAL DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY
 VENTING INFORMATION.PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 507.2.1 AND
 THE EXCEPTION PRINTED ABOVE IN COMMENT #1.
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT WHICHEVER OVENS ARE SELECTED AND
 APPROVED, THE MAKES AND MODEL NUMBERS OF THOSE SHALL BE
 PLACED ON THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE, AND THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL PROVIDE A REVIEW AND APPROVAL
 SIGNATURE ON THE PRODUCT SPEC SHEETS.
 4) THE NOTES AND CALCULATIONS ON SHEET M1.1 FOR THE
 EXHAUST FAN MAKE-UP AIR INDICATE ALL OUTSIDE AIR
 REQUIRED FOR THE DINING ROOM OCCUPANTS WILL BE
 TRANSFERRED AS MAKE-UP AIR FOR THE EXHAUST FAN IN THE
 KITCHEN. IT APEARS THAT THIS WILL CAUSE AN IMBALANCE
 AND ALSO NEGATIVE PRESSURE IN THE DINING ROOM.: PLEASE
