 COMMENCE MY 2ND ELECTRICAL REVIEW OF THIS APPLICATION.
 AS A RESULT I NOTICED THAT THE NEW E1 IS NO DIFFERENT
 THAN THE PREVIOUS. THEREFORE NOT ONLY IS THERE NO
 NARRATIVE, THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE ELECTRICAL PAGE.
 REVISE THE ELECTRICAL SHEET ACCORDING TO THE REQUIRED
 CORRECTIONS MENTION AT THE FIRST REVIEW.
2015-12-28 13:12:34CONTACTED THE GC ON THE LACK OF THE RESPONSE LETTER. HE
 WILL CONTACT THE ARCHITECT AND GET BACK TO ME. IN THE
 MEANTIME THIS IS STILL OPEN AND ON MY DESK.

 1. YOU SHALL MARK THE LOCATION OF ALL ELECTRICAL PANELS
 ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
 2. NEC 210.63 A 125 V. SINGLE PHASE 15 OR 20 AMP
 RECEPTACLE SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 25? OF THE CU?S AT
 AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION TO SERVICE THE HVAC. (EACH UNIT
 SHALL HAVE THEIR RESPECTIVE SERVICE OUTLET POWERED FROM
 THE SOURCE IT SERVES.)
 3. MARK THE LOCATION OF THE WASHER ON THE FLOOR PLANS.
 4. NEC 210.52(E)(2) EACH GRADE LEVEL UNIT SHALL HAVE AN
 EXTERIOR GFCI OUTLET.
 5. NEC 210.52(C)(1) IF CORNER AREA BEHIND KITCHEN SINK
 IS GREATER THAN 18?, AN OUTLET WILL BE REQUIRED.
 6. NEC 250.94 AN INTER-SYSTEM BONDING TERMINAL SHALL BE
 INSTALLED AT THE SERVICE POINT FOR COMMON GROUNDING OF
 AUXILIARY SERVICES.
 7. MARK DESIGNATED CIRCUIT INFORMATION OF FLOOR PLAN
 OUTLETS.
 8. NEC 314.27 EVERY LUMINAIRE OUTLET INSTALLED IN THE
 CEILING SHALL BE LISTED TO SUPPORT 50#?S AND PADDLE FAN
 OUTLETS SHALL BE LISTED FOR THE APPLICATION.
 9. NEC 406.12 ALL NON-LOCKING TYPE 15 & 20 AMP 125 V.
 RECEPTACLES IN DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LISTED AS TAMPER
 RESISTANT.
 10. NEC 406.9(B) ALL 15 & 20 AMP NON LOCKING TYPE
 RECEPTACLES INSTALLED OUTDOORS/WET LOCATIONS SHALL BE

 11. FBC-E SECTION R402.4.4 RECESSED LUMINARIES
 INSTALLED WITHIN THE BLDG. THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL BE IC
 RATED AND SEALED TO LIMIT THE LEAKAGE OF AIR BETWEEN
 THE CONDITIONED AND UNCONDITIONED SPACE.
 12. FBC-R SECTION R303.7 YOU SHALL PROVIDE ILLUMINATION
 FOR THE STAIRWAYS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
