 1) PLANS SHOW WOOD SHEATHING AND STUCCO EXTENDING TO
 GRADE. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE BUILDING CODE.
 FBC-R317.1 REQUIRES PROTECTION OF WOOD AND WOOD BASED
 PRODUCTS FROM DECAY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING

 EXPOSED TO THE WEATHER.
  
 2) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION R704 INSPECTION FOR
 TERMITES. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR
 TERMITE INFESTATION, CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL
 COVERINGS AND FINAL EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A
 BUILDING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM).
 EXCEPTIONS:
 3. A 4-INCH (102 MM) INSPECTION SPACE ABOVE PATIO AND
 GARAGE SLABS AND ENTRY AREAS.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ASTM C 926 AND ASTM C 1063 FOR
 THE STUCCO WEEP SCREED THAT IS REQUIRED AT OR BELOW THE

 CONDENSATE LINES, IRRIGATION/SPRINKLER SYSTEM RISERS
 FOR SPRAY HEADS, AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE END RAKES OR ON
 A ROOF ABOVE ANOTHER ROOF.
  
 5) SECTIONS 1A AND 2 ON S-43 DO NOT SPECIFY WALL TO
 WALL OR TRUSS TO WALL CONNECTORS FOR UPLIFT. THE
 SIMPSON HGA10 THAT IS SHOWN IS FOR LATERAL WIND
