 TAGS, BUT THIS WALL IS MISSING A WALL TAG TYPE.

 SWING DOOR THE OTHER A SLIDER. UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B
 SECTION 1008.1.2 EXCEPTION # 9 ALLOWS MANUALLY OPERATED
 HORIZONTAL SLIDING DOORS ARE PERMITTED IN A MEANS OF
 EGRESS FROM A SPACE WITHIN AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 10 OR
 LESS. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE SWING DOOR AS THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS WITH A DIRECTIONAL FBC-B 1006.1.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 18? OF THE TOP OF A SHOW
 WINDOW FOR EACH 12 LINEAR FT. OR MAJOR PORTION THEREOF
 OF SHOW WINDOW AREA MEASURED HORIZONTALLY.
 REVIEW RESULT: THERE IS NO INDICATION ON THE PLANS THAT
 THIS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. I DO NOT SEE SHOW WINDOW

 COMMENT 3. NEC 600.5: EACH COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT
 ACCESSIBLE TO PEDESTRIANS SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE
 OUTLET IN AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION AT EACH ENTRANCE FOR
 SIGN OR OUTLINE LIGHTING SYSTEM.
 REVIEW RESULT: THE CODE SECTION CLEARLY STATES A SIGN
 OUTLET IS REQUIRED AT EACH PEDESTRIAN ENTRY. YOU HAVE
 PROVIDED THE REQUIRED OUTLET AT THE MAIN ENTRY ONLY.
 COMMENT 4. FBC?E C402.4.8: RECESSED LIGHTING INSTALLED
 IN THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL BE IC RATED AND
 SEALED TO LIMIT THE TRANSFER OF AIR BETWEEN CONDITIONED
 AND UNCONDITIONED SPACE.
 REVIEW RESULT: NOW THAT A FIXTURE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN
 SUBMITTED, IT IS INDICATED THAT RECESSED LIGHTING WILL
 NOT BE USED.
  
 COMMENT 5. FBC?EC405.5: SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH INTERIOR
 LIGHTING POWER REQUIREMENTS AS INDICATED BY SECTIONS
 C405.5.1 & C405.5.2.
 REVIEW RESULT: LIGHT DENSITY CALCULATIONS SHALL BE
 CORRECTED AND THE LIGHTING DESIGNED TO COMPLY. LIGHTING
 POWER ALLOWANCES BUILDING AREA METHOD, WHICH IS WHAT
 YOU APPEAR TO HAVE USED, INDICATES THAT THE ALLOWABLE
 W/FT2 FOR AN OFFICE IS 0.9. THE OCCUPANCY ANALYSIS
 REFLECTS THE AREA TO BE 5843 FT2. THEREFORE THE
 ALLOWABLE LIGHT DENSITY IS 5258.7 WATTS. THE 33
 FLUORESCENTS AT 28 W/EA. ALONG WITH THE 77 DOWN LIGHTS
 AT 19 W/EA. PUTS YOU BEYOND THE ALLOWABLE.
