 SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED ON IS 5 INCHES PER 2014
 FBC-PLUMBING SEC. 1106.1. ( THERE IS NO 4.5 INCH
 RAINFALL RATE LISTED IN THE SIZING TABLES.)
  
 THESE COMMENTS ARE NOT ALL INCLUSIVE OF ALL OF THE
 DEFICIENCIES OF THESE PLANS, BUT ONLY FOR THE
 INFRASTRUCTURE. ADDITTIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS WILL
