 THE NEC, (NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE) AND THE FBC,

 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF
 SUBMITTAL. BELOW IS A LIST OF THE DEFICIENCIES NOTED.
 1. DUE TO THE CONFLICT BETWEEN NEW & EXISTING
 LUMINAIRES IT IS IMPRACTICAL TO DETERMINE FROM THE
 SUBMITTED DRAWINGS THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF EMERGENCY AND
 EXIT LIGHTING. THEREFORE, IT WILL BE UP TO THE FIELD
 INSPECTOR TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
 2. NEC 215.5 REQUIRES A FEEDER DIAGRAM WITH LOAD CALCS
 AND CONDUCTOR SIZING. THE FEEDER DIAGRAM PROVIDED FAILS
 TO INCLUDE ALL THE PANELS INCLUDED WITHIN THE AREA OF
 THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 3. NEC 408.4(B) REQUIRES THAT ALL PANELS BE MARKED TO
 INDICATED THE LOCATION OF THEIR SOURCE OF POWER AND
 DISCONNECT.
 4. NEC 410.30 REQUIRES THAT LUMINARIES WEIGHING GREATER
 THAN 6 LBS OR EXCEED 16 IN. BE SUPPORTED BY OTHER THAN
 THE OUTLET BOX.
 5. NEC 410.36(B) REQUIRES THAT LUMINAIRES IN SUSPENDED
 CEILINGS BE SECURELY FASTENED TO THE CEILING MEMBERS BY
 MECHANICAL MEANS.
 6. FBC-E SECTION C402.4.8 STATES THAT ALL RECESSED
 LIGHTING INSTALLED IN THE BUILDING?S THERMAL ENVELOPE
 BE IC RATED AND BE SEALED TO LIMIT THE LEAKAGE OF AIR
 BETWEEN THE CONDITIONED AND NON-CONDITIONED SPACE.
 PLEASE REVISE YOUR DRAWINGS TO REFLECT THE ABOVE
 MENTIONED DEFICIENCIES.

 3. THE NATURE OF THE REMODEL REQUIRES AN EVALUATION OF
