 IS GIVEN TO THE TOP OF THE RAIL.
  
 2) PRIOR TO C.O. THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT TO REFLECT THE
 CHANGES TO THE BICYCLE RACK LOCATION AND THE WALKWAY
