 HAVE BEEN REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2011 EDITION
 OF THE NEC, (NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE); THE 5TH EDITION
 OF THE FBC, (FLORIDA BUILDING CODE) AS APPLICABLE AND
 BELOW ARE THE DEFICIENCIES NOTED.
  
 THOUGH THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED DEFICIENCIES HAVE BEEN
 ADDRESSED, THE NEW PLANS HAVE A COUPLE OF ITEMS NEEDING
 CORRECTION:
 1. PANEL H3 DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE RISER DIAGRAM AS
 SUCH, IT IS MISLABELED AS HP3. CORRECT TO MATCH.
 2. THE RISER DIAGRAM REFLECTS A PANEL L3C, BUT THERE IS
 NOT PANEL SCHEDULE FOR IT ON THE NEW PLANS.
  
 THE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO ADDRESS THE HEREIN
 MENTIONED ITEMS; ONCE CORRECTED SHALL BE RESUBMITTED
 FOR ANOTHER REVIEW.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR

 SHEETS WERE USED TO ESTABLISH THE HEAT LOAD- PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE CUT SHEETS AS INDICATED.
 2) SHEET M02.00: REMOVE OR REVISE THE UNDERFLOOR
 EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE. THE UNDERFLOOR HEATERS HAVE BEEN
 REPLACED WITH ABOVE CEILING UNITS.
 3) PROVIDE SIZING CALCULATIONS FOR THE NEW ABOVE

 NEW DAIKIN SPLIT SYSTEM. REFER TO SECTION C403.2.1
 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION- CALCULATION OF HEATING AND
 COOLING LOADS.
 DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROCEDURES DESCRIBED IN THE ASHRAE/ACCA STANDARD 183 OR
 ACCA MANUAL N AND SHALL BE ATTACHED TO THE CODE
 COMPLIANCE FORM SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 WHEN THE BUILDING IS PERMITTED OR, IN THE EVENT THE
 MECHANICAL PERMIT IS OBTAINED AT A LATER TIME, THE
 SIZING CALCULATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION FOR THE MECHANICAL PERMIT. HEATING AND
 COOLING LOADS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR LOAD
 REDUCTIONS THAT ARE ACHIEVED WHEN ENERGY RECOVERY
 SYSTEMS ARE UTILIZED IN THE HVAC SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE ASHRAEHVAC SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT HANDBOOK.
 ALTERNATIVELY, DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AN
 APPROVED EQUIVALENT COMPUTATION PROCEDURE, USING THE
 DESIGN PARAMETERS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3.
 2) SHEET M0.1: PLEASE REVIEW AND UPDATE THE OUTDATED
 ASHRAE 62.1 REFERENCE AND CALCULATIONS TO BE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2010 STANDARD AS LISTED IN THE
 FBC-14 MECHANICAL.
 3) REFER TO SECTION 301.15 FBC-14 MECHANICAL AND
 PROVIDE THE WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA, AND DETAILS FOR
 TIE DOWN OF THE NEW ROOF TOP CONDENSER: WIND
 RESISTANCE.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE
 EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO
 RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 4) INDICATE HOW ACCESS FOR SERVICING OF THE UNDER FLOOR
 HEATERS IS BEING PROVIDED- REFER TO SECTION 306.4
 APPLIANCES UNDER FLOORS.
 UNDERFLOOR SPACES CONTAINING APPLIANCES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH AN ACCESS OPENING AND UNOBSTRUCTED
 PASSAGEWAY LARGE ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE LARGEST
 APPLIANCE. THE PASSAGEWAY SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 30
 INCHES (762 MM) HIGH AND 22 INCHES (559 MM) WIDE, NOR
 MORE THAN 20 FEET (6096 MM) IN LENGTH MEASURED ALONG
 THE CENTERLINE OF THE PASSAGEWAY FROM THE OPENING TO
 THE APPLIANCE. A LEVEL SERVICE SPACE NOT LESS THAN 30
 INCHES (762 MM) DEEP AND 30 INCHES (762 MM) WIDE SHALL
 BE PRESENT AT THE FRONT OR SERVICE SIDE OF THE
 APPLIANCE. IF THE DEPTH OF THE PASSAGEWAY OR THE
 SERVICE SPACE EXCEEDS 12 INCHES (305 MM) BELOW THE
 ADJOINING GRADE, THE WALLS OF THE PASSAGEWAY SHALL BE
 LINED WITH CONCRETE OR MASONRY. SUCH CONCRETE OR
 MASONRY SHALL EXTEND A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES (102 MM)
 ABOVE THE ADJOINING GRADE AND SHALL HAVE SUFFICIENT
 LATERAL-BEARING CAPACITY TO RESIST COLLAPSE. THE CLEAR
 ACCESS OPENING DIMENSIONS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM), AND LARGE
 ENOUGH TO ALLOW REMOVAL OF THE LARGEST APPLIANCE.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. THE PASSAGEWAY IS NOT REQUIRED WHERE THE LEVEL
 SERVICE SPACE IS PRESENT WHEN THE ACCESS IS OPEN AND
 THE APPLIANCE IS CAPABLE OF BEING SERVICED AND REMOVED
 THROUGH THE REQUIRED OPENING.
 2. WHERE THE PASSAGEWAY IS UNOBSTRUCTED AND NOT LESS
 THAN 6 FEET HIGH (1929 MM) AND 22 INCHES (559 MM) WIDE
 FOR ITS ENTIRE LENGTH, THE PASSAGEWAY SHALL NOT BE
 LIMITED IN LENGTH.
  
 5) REFER TO SECTION 603 AND PROVIDE AN UNDERFLOOR DUCT
 LAYOUT PLAN. INDICATE THE TYPES AND SIZES OF DUCTS, AND
 DUCT SUPPORT AND CONNECTION DETAILS.
 6) REFER TO SECTION 603.18 AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE OR DATA
 ON THE PLAN VERIFYING COMPLIANCE: REGISTERS, GRILLES
 AND DIFFUSERS.
 DUCT REGISTERS, GRILLES AND DIFFUSERS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. VOLUME DAMPERS OR OTHER
 MEANS OF SUPPLY AIR ADJUSTMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE
 BRANCH DUCTS OR AT EACH INDIVIDUAL DUCT REGISTER,
