 3RD REVIEW, NOT ADDRESSED. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL IS

 2. SEE FBC 5TH ED. RESIDENTIAL TABLE 302.1(1), SHOW
 DISTANCE FROM PROPOSED PAN ROOF TO PROPERTY LINE. IF
 ANY PART OF THE PAN ROOF IS WITHIN 5' OF THE PROPERTY
 LINE, A 1 HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING IS REQUIRED.
  
 2ND REVIEW, PLAN WAS REVISED TO STATE TO ADJUST TO
 SETBACK. SITE PLAN WAS NOT REVISED. REVISE THE SITE
 PLAN TO CLEARLY SHOW THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED ROOF AND
 THE DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 3RD REVIEW, ONLY ONE SET OF THE REVISED SITE PLAN
 PROVIDED. SEE OTHER COMMENTS REGARDING PLAN SUBMISSION.
  
 3. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE COLLATED
 SETS OF PLANS FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS SHOULD BE
 RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE BUT MARKED "VOID".
  
 3RD REVIEW, NOT ADDRESSED. THERE SHOULD BE TWO COMPLETE
 COLLATED SETS OF PLANS FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE, OLD SETS
 MARKED "VOID." AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO REDLINE THIS
 PLAN, BUT THERE ARE NOT TWO COMPLETE SETS AND THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE COLLATED SETS
 SHOULD BE IDENTICAL AND SHOULD NOT INCLUDE DUPLICATE
 PAGES. SOME SHEETS ARE STAPLED ON TWO SIDES SO THE
 PACKAGE CANNOT OPEN, OTHER SHEETS ARE UPSIDE DOWN. ONE
 SET HAS TWO SITE SPECIFIC PLANS WHICH ARE IDENTICAL. A
 LOOSE PAGE HAS HAND DRAWN CHANGES ON IT; IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHY THIS WAS SUBMITTED.

 5. BASED ON THE PLANS PROVIDED, THE 3' DOOR ENCROACHES
 THE PROPERTY LINE (2' SETBACK). ALL WORK FOR THIS
 PERMIT IS TO BE CONTAINED IN THE PARCEL. WORK ON OTHER
 PARCELS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION, FBC 107.
 ALSO, THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 4' GATE; NOT CLEAR WHAT
