 1- ARCHITECT TO UPDATE ALL PLANS AND NOTES. THE CODE IN
 EFFECT IS THE 2014 CODE NOT THE 2010. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. CHAPTER 553 F.S.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF

 3- EXTERIOR WALL SECTION ON SHEET 2 OF 2:
 A) SPECIFY VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806 OF
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). SPECIFY SIZE AND
 SPACING OF VENTS.
 NOTE: KEEP IN CONSIDERATION RIGID VENT PRODUCT APPROVAL

 B) SPECIFY THE 6 INCHES HEIGHT ABOVE THE FINISHED GRADE

 9- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED TO HAVE THE
 OWNER/AGENT CERTIFICATION AND DATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
