2015-09-26 07:40:301) I AM CHALLENGING THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT. THE COST
 OF THE WASHERS AND DRYERS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE
 VALUATION ALONG WITH ALL OTHER NEW EQUIPMENT AND LABOR.
 WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 109.3.SUBMIT A DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATE AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACT FOR
 THE TOTAL COSTOF THIS PROJECT FOR REVIEW. 2ND REQUEST.
 2) CLEARLY IDENTIFY AND SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL
 STEP-DOWN GAS REGULATORS FOR THE GAS SYSTEM. SINCE THIS
 IS BEING DESIGNED AS A 2 PSI GAS SYSTEM THE GAS PIPING
 SHALL EITHER HAVE STEP-DOWN REGULATORS LOCATED AT EACH
 APPLIANCE OR THE REGULATORS SHALL BE LOCATED TO MEET
 THE GAS CODE FOR PIPE SIZING. THE ONE REGULATOR
 DOWNSTREAM OF THE GAS METER IS NOT SUFFICIENT.THE
 SYMBOLS ON EACH GAS SUPPLY UPSTREAM OF THE GAS COCK ARE
 NOT IDENTIFIED SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO ESTABLISH
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE GAS CODE.2ND REQUEST.
 3) THE WALL AROUND THE DRYERS IN THE SOUTH AREA IS NOT
 AN EXISTING WALL. I SAW IT MYSELF AND IT WAS
 CONSTRUCTED OF NEW METAL STUDS AND DRYWALL. THIS SHALL
 BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK AND VALUE FOR THIS

 EXHAUST. THE EXHAUST SHALL COMPLY WITH 2014 FBC-FUEL
 GAS SEC.503.7.3. THE DRYER VENTS APPEAR TO BE SINGLE
 WALL VENTS.
 6) THE PENETRATION OF THE PIPE PASSING THROUGH THE ROOF
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2014 FBC FUEL GAS SEC.503.7.5. IF
 THE EXISTING INSTALLATION IN NOT COMPLIANT IT SHALL BE
 CORRECTED. IF THE ROOF IS CONSTRUCTED OF COMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIAL A NON- COMBUSTIBLE, NON-VENTILATING THIMBLE
 SHALL BE USED.
 7) CLEARANCES OF SINGLE WALL METAL PIPE TO COMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIAL SHALL COMPLY WITH 2014 FBC-FUEL GAS

 8) WHERE TWO OR MORE APPLIANCES ARE CONNECTED TO A
 COMMON VENT, THE VENT SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE FGC SEC. 504.
 9) SEDIMENT TRAPS ARE REQD. ON THE GAS PIPING
 CONNECTIONS TO THE DRYERS PER THE 2014 FGC SEC.408.4.

 PSI WITH A 1.0 PSI DROP. THE GAS MAIN SHALL BE 1 1/2
 INCHES FROM THE OUTLET OF THE GAS METER UP TO THE
 BOILER BRANCH AND CAN REDUCE DOWN TO 1 1/4 INCHES AFTER
 PICKING UP THE BOILER.
 16) SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL STEP-DOWN REGULATORS FOR
 THE EQUIPMENT ON THE GAS RISER.
 17) THE COMBUSTION AIR CALCULATIONS ON SHT. M-1
 INDICATE THREE EXISTING COMBUSTION AIR DUCTS SIZED 28 X

 23) THERE WAS AN EXISTING STOREFRONT DOOR ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THIS UNIT THAT WAS REMOVED WITHOUT A PERMIT AND
 A STOREFRONT GLASS PANEL WAS INSTALLED IN ITS PLACE
 ALSO WITHOUT A PERMIT. THIS WORK SHALL BE INCLUDED IN
 THIS PERMIT. SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION AND
 DOCUMENTS FOR THIS WORK.
 24) AN NEW INTERIOR WALL WAS CONSTRUCTED AROUND THE
 DRYERS IN THE SOUTH AREA. SUBMIT COMPLETE PLANS FOR THE
