 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS
 107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR FRAMING AND REPAIRS NOT
 PROVIDED. AS THIS AFFECTS EXTERIOR WALLS (BUILDING
 ENVELOPE) EITHER PROVIDE ENGINEERING FOR STRUCTURAL
 LOAD BEARING ELEMENTS OR REVISE PLAN TO STATE DESIGN
 CRITERIA (FBC 5TH EDITION RESIDENTIAL 301.1). IF ASCE7
 IS USED AS DESIGN CRITERIA AND PLANS ARE NOT PREPARED
 BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS (FRAMING, CONNECTORS).
  
 2. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FBC 5TH
 EDITION RESIDENTIAL 301.2.1 IF FRAMING IS INCLUDED.
  
 3. A STOP WORK VIOLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED. PLANS
 PROVIDED DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANS
 (SEE COMMENT 1). IF A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS HIRED,
 SEND A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. APPLICANT WAS GIVEN 30
 DAYS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXTENSIONS
 WILL NOT BE GRANTED WITHOUT EVIDENCE THAT CONTRACTOR IS
 PURSUING RESOLUTION (EITHER A COMPETENT DESIGN
