 THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE, AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE MODULAR BUILDINGS WITH BOTH
 STAIR, LANDING RAMP WITH HANDRAIL & GUARDRAIL SYSTEMS.
 IN THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEETING ANY MODULAR BUILDING
 THAT HAD MEETINGS WHERE PEOPLE FROM OFF THE SITE HAD TO
 ATTEND THE MEETING THESE UNITS WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE
 ACCESSIBILITY TO THE UNIT.
  
 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 102.2 EXEMPTIONS (E)
 MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES USED AS TEMPORARY OFFICES,
 EXCEPT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF PART V (SECTION
 553.501-553.513, FLORIDA STATUTES) RELATING TO
 ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS
 SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN,
 ELECTRICAL SUPPLY, AND ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH
 MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES.
