 INDICATES THAT THERE ARE 3 UNITS LOCATED ON THIS
 PROPERTY. THERE IS A RENTAL LICENSE ON FILE WITH THE
 CITY FOR THIS PROPERTY. THE OWNER BUILDER EXEMPTION IS
 FOR ONE OR TWO FAMILY RESIDENCES FOR THE OWNER'S USE OR
 OCCUPANCY AND CAN NOT BE SOLD OR RENTED FOR ONE YEAR
 AFTER THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THIS WORK CAN NOT BE
 DONE UNDER THE OWNER/BUILDER EXEMPTION, A FLORIDA
 LICENSED CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED.
