 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
 1) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 3) FBC-R 301.1 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AND ALL PARTS
 THEREOF, SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO SAFELY SUPPORT ALL
 LOADS, INCLUDING DEAD LOADS, LIVE LOADS, ROOF LOADS,
 FLOOD LOADS, AND WIND LOADS AS PRESCRIBED BY THIS CODE.
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE SHALL
 RESULT IN A SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES A COMPLETE LOAD PATH
 THAT MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF ALL
 LOADS FROM THEIR POINT OF ORIGIN THROUGH THE
 LOAD-RESISTING ELEMENTS TO THE FOUNDATION.
  
 4) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS AND
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES PURSUANT TO
 FBC-R301.2.
  
 5) THE WORK DESCRIPTION ON PERMIT APPLICATION STATES
 THAT ADDITIONAL STORAGE IS TO BE ADDED TO THE EXISTING
 DETACHED GARAGE. THE PLANS SPECIFY THE ADDITION IS TO
 BE A HOBBY ROOM, WHICH IS HABITABLE SPACE AND IS
 REQUIRED TO MEET MORE CODE REQUIREMENTS THAN STORAGE.
 CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) FBC 107.3.4 - THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 7) PROVIDE GABLE END FRAMING DETAILS, ROOF BRACING
 DETAILS, OPENING FRAMING DETAILS WITH HEADER SIZES AND
 DETAILS SHOWING HOW THE ADDITION IS STRUCTURALLY
 CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE WIDTH OF THE CONTINUOUS SOFFIT VENT.

 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 703.6.2.1 FOR REQUIRED
 WEEP SCREED AT BASE WOOD FRAMED STUCCO WALL.
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 703.6.3 FOR BOND BREAK
 BETWEEN STUCCO AND WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER.
  
 11) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 318.7 FOR CLEARANCE
 BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL EARTH GRADE
 OF 6" FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITES.

 SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
