 SET AT 1'-4 3/4 " THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE
 WATER CLOSET IS STILL 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED

 MAINTAINED BETWEEN ISLAND AND ALL OPPOSING FEATURES.
