 AREA, AND ANY OTHER AREA AS REQUIRED BY CODE.
 2. PER NFPA 101 SECTION 7.10.1.5.1 ALL EXITS SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH APPROVED READILY VISIBLE SIGNS. THE WAY
 TOWARDS THE EXITS, IF NOT READILY APPARENT SHALL BE
 MARKED AS WELL.
 3. NEC 1101.26(D) REQUIRES THAT PROPER ILLUMINATION BE
 PROVIDED FOR ALL WORKING SPACES ABOUT ELECTRICAL
 PANELS. THE AREA IN FRONT OF ELECTRICAL PANEL ?A? IS
 LACKING SAFE WORKING ILLUMINATION.
 4. FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION 502.3.8 REQUIRES
 THAT ALL RECESSED LIGHTING INSTALLED IN THE BUILDING
 ENVELOPE SHALL BE IC PROTECTED AND AIR-TIGHT RATED &
 SEALED TO PREVENT AIR LEAKAGE BETWEEN THE CONDITIONED
 AND UNCONDITIONED SPACE.
 5. NEC 422.52 REQUIRES THAT THE ELECTRIC WATER COOLER
 BE CONNECTED TO A GFCI PROTECTED CIRCUIT.
 6. NEC 600.5 REQUIRES THAT EVERY COMMERCIAL OCCUPANCY
 BE PROVIDED WITH A DEDICATED 20 AMP CIRCUIT FOR SIGN OR
 OUTLINE LIGHTING AT EACH PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE.
 7. NEC 422.30(B) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE A DISCONNECT

 HAS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL LIGHTING WHICH
 SHALL BE ADHERED TO. IN ADDITION TO THE LIGHT DENSITY
 CHART, THERE ARE MANDATORY SWITCHING REQUIREMENTS WHICH
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 9. YOU SHALL PROVIDE SITE SPECIFIC LOAD CALCS IN
 ACCORDANCE TO NEC 220 PART III. YOUR LOAD CALCS AS
 SUBMITTED DO NOT MATCH THE PANEL ESTIMATED LOADS.
 10. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE HVAC EQUIPMENT ON THE

 WILL BE PROTECTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH 401.5. PROVIDE TWO
