 SHALL BE BASED ON A RAINFALL RATE OF 5 INCHES PER HOUR
 AS THERE IS NO 4.5 INCH RAINFALL RATE IN ANY OF THE
 SIZING TABLES.THE ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOT AREA TO BE
 DRAINED BY EACH DRAIN/SCUPPER WILL HAVE TO BE ADJUSTED.
 2) INDICATE THE HEAD IN INCHES THAT WAS USED IN THE
 SIZING OF THE SCUPPERS.SEE TABLE 1106.7 OF 2010 FPC.
 3) OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE LOCATED NO LESS THAN 2
 INCHES NOR MORE THAN 4 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF
 COVERING AND SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO
 REQUIRED VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND
 PARAPET SCUPPERS PER THE 2010 FL. BUILDING CODE
 SEC.1503.4.2.1. NOTE # 2 STATES THE OVERFLOW SCUPPER
 WILL BE 3 INCHES ABOVE THE PRIMARY SCUPPER. INCLUDE IN
 THE NOTE THAT THE OVERFLOW SCUPPER SHALL BE NO LESS
 THAN 2 INCHES NOR MORE THAN 4 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED
 ROOF SURFACE.THIS IS THE LANGUAGE IN THE CODE.NOTE #2
 STATES "3 INCHES ABOVE THE PRIMARY SCUPPER". THIS COULD
 BE MISINTERPRETED AS MEANING THE TOP OF THE SCUPPER.
